How to host a Craft 60 Party!

Hello friends!

Last week, we had a "Craft 60 moment" at work...and it was a blast!  We wanted to share a few tips and tricks that helped guide us so that you are ready to host your own!

Step 1: Pick a theme and invite friends!

(Hint: Unless you have a large facility, we'd recommend keeping it a *bit* smaller)

Step 2: Choose a project (or two) that is stress-free and easy to finish in the designated time for the crowd you are inviting.  We went with some string art and a necklace.

(Think they enjoyed it? We do!)

Step 3: Have a teacher (You!).  Be prepared for the others to share their newfound skills as well, once they get a hang of things.

Step 4: Have all the needed supplies ready and easy to access (including treats...can you find ours?)

Step 5: Encourage all kinds of sharing (project show-and-tell is a must, so is a good laugh!)

Each moment is a learning experience, both for the teacher and the student.  It is definitely one we enjoy hosting.

Help us learn from you by sharing your "crafty moment" knowledge!  To get started, click on the "share your experience" tab and fill in the blank fields.  We look forward to hearing from you!
